Scope and controller
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use azranailsbeauty.com or contact Azra Nails Beauty. The data controller is İrem Taşkın, an individual providing nail services by appointment under the Azra Nails Beauty name. Privacy contact: [email protected]. The service location is Sultaniye, Esenyurt, İstanbul.
A website without measurement
The site code has no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or Cloudflare Web Analytics integration; visits and appointment-link clicks are not measured. Cookie consent is not requested, and no new consent preference, tracking cookie or localStorage record is created. The Cookie Policy explains limited cleanup of browser records from earlier versions.
The site has no accounts, payments or data-submission forms, and no separate customer database is maintained. Fonts and images are served from the site’s own files. When the site is served through Cloudflare Pages, technical data such as your IP address, request and connection information is sent to that hosting service. The absence of measurement on the site does not mean the hosting service has no connection or security logs.
Appointments and communications
The name, contact details, requested service and preferred time you share directly through WhatsApp, Instagram, email or telephone are used to answer your request and coordinate the appointment. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, payment-card or health information.
The WhatsApp link conveys Azra Nails Beauty’s public contact number and a prepared message about the selected service to WhatsApp within the link URL; no customer personal information is added to that text. Opening the link does not automatically send a chat message or confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once you and Azra Nails Beauty have agreed on the date and time. Telephone links open the calling application, and email links open the email application.
WhatsApp disappearing messages are set to 24 hours, and iCloud chat backup is disabled. These settings do not erase every copy of saved or forwarded messages, media, screenshots, old backups or provider records within 24 hours. The absence of a separate customer database does not mean that communication channels hold no data. This policy does not specify a fixed retention period for appointment correspondence or email communications.
Photographs
Permission to publish customer photographs has been reported. Publishing a photograph in which a person is identifiable for promotional purposes requires separate, freely given and informed explicit consent explaining the particular photograph, purpose, publication channel and scope of use. Booking an appointment or receiving a service is not permission to publish photographs; the service is not conditional on that permission.
Contact [email protected] to withdraw consent you gave for a photograph or request its removal. Illustrative images are not presented as actual customer work. This policy does not specify a fixed retention period for photographs or permission records. The KVKK Privacy Notice explains data rights and request methods.
External services
WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and Google reviews are ordinary external links; before you click, the site code neither sends requests to these services nor loads their embedded content. Opening a link may allow that provider to process your connection, device and, where applicable, account data within its service; communication content you send is processed through your chosen channel. When you email [email protected], Gmail (Google) processes the sender and recipient email addresses, message, attachments and technical transmission data. Merely opening the site does not send a request to Gmail.
Data in Cloudflare, Meta/WhatsApp and Google services may be processed outside Türkiye, depending on the service used, the provider’s location and its contract. This policy is not permission for an international transfer or a statement that the legal requirements for a transfer have been met. Providers’ privacy notices supply additional information about processing within their own services.
